TikTok Host & Content Creator

Responsibilities:

1. Hosting Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
   

• Act as the main live host for TikTok live sessions, campaigns, and special events.
• Deliver engaging and interactive content to captivate the audience and drive sales or engagement goals.
• Conduct interviews with influencers, customers, or team members for TikTok content and live events.
• Collaborate with the team to script, rehearse, and execute live sessions seamlessly.
• Monitor and analyze live session performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Content Creation & Writing: Develop and script engaging TikTok content, focusing on storytelling and brand alignment. Write captions, plan narratives, and script content to maintain a strong, relatable voice.
• Interviewing: Conduct on-camera interviews with individuals to gather stories, insights, or testimonials that enhance TikTok content.
• Video & Photo Editing: Edit videos and photos using tools like CapCut or Canva, optimizing for TikTok trends and FYP visibility.
• Campaign Strategy: Design TikTok campaigns utilizing CRM insights to increase engagement and reach.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to grow the TikTok channel’s reach and engagement.
• Identify emerging TikTok trends and incorporate them into the content plan.
• Use analytics tools to track content performance, audience behavior, and campaign success.
• Optimize strategies based on insights and best practices for TikTok.

Collaboration and Team Support

• Work closely with the content creator to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies and live session objectives.
• Talent Selection: Assist in identifying content creators to support campaigns and live sessions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the content creator to maintain hosting standards during backup sessions.
• Any other task assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Experience with TikTok live streaming.
• Comfortable with shift arrangements.
• Experience in the maternal and baby industry is preferred.
