Tester Lead/PM

A dynamic and innovative company dedicated to enhancing user experiences in the digital landscape. We are seeking an experienced Mobile Test Lead/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app and manual testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

1. Create and implement testing plans to ensure product quality for a short video and e-commerce mobile app.
2. Recruit, train, evaluate, and foster team culture for the testing team.
3. Design functional, performance, security, and compatibility test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
4. Monitor testing progress, synchronize testing and development plans, and resolve issues promptly.
5. Work closely with development, product, and UI/UX teams to integrate testing with design and development.
6. Continuously improve testing processes and incorporate new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
7. Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for the testing team to boost skills.
8. Write test reports, analyze results, and provide suggestions for product improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, more than 3 years in mobile app and manual testing, and 3 years of team management.
2. Strong understanding of testing theories, methods, and tools, with added advantage in the short video and e-commerce sectors.
3. Knowledge of manual or automation tools (e.g., Appium, Robot Framework) and ability to write automation scripts.
4. Strong logical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving abilities with a passion for testing.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
6. Good communicator, working effectively with development, product, and cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and handle business travel requirements.
8. Familiarity with agile development processes; PMP or agile certifications are a plus.
