Test Lead - Kuala Lumpur - Cognizant

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee a distributed testing team across Japan, India, Malaysia, and China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and estimations for software releases.
• Create detailed data flow diagrams and end-to-end test cases to ensure thorough testing.
• Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to identify and address testing needs.
• Cordinate defect triage meetings and drive timely closure of defects.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working on-site at the customer's Tokyo office as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Test Lead role.
• In-depth understanding of the Testing lifecycle, including concepts and processes.
• Expertise in Life and Annuity insurance domain is highly valued.
• Proficiency in SQL or DB2 query languages is essential.
• N2 or N1 JLPT certification is required.
• Background in Commission systems is preferred.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
