Test Lead

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
2. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. Experience with hybrid team models, including on-site and remote team members.
4. Experience managing multiple programs and projects running in parallel.
5. Experience leading a team of external resources is a strong advantage.
6. Experience QA testing in software development team.

Skills:

1. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
2. Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Quality Center).
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
7. Familiar with CI.

Certifications:

ISTQB Certified Test Manager or equivalent certification is a plus.
