Test Lead

Must have:

1. Proven experience as a functional Tester with experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, Soap UI) is a must.
2. Proficiency in testing methodologies.
3. Demonstrate familiarity with banking domain applications (e.g., Payments, Loans, STP systems) and regulatory requirements.
4. Document Testing Artefacts (Test Plan, Test Specification, cases, Test Results, etc.) with clarity.
5. Ensure adherence to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and manage test cases.
6. Perform and Execute Reviews and Inspection.
7. Execute test cases and meticulously report Test Results.
8. Understand system architecture concepts (Front end applications, Middleware, and Backend systems).
9. Conduct impact analysis and Root Cause Analysis on identified issues with mitigation planning.
10. Resource Planning & Management.
11. Should be able to train and mentor team members.
12. Testing management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) effectively.
13. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
14. Display willingness and capability to meet project deadlines and handle urgent issues.

Good to have:

1. Additional experience or knowledge in test automation tools (e.g., Katalon) would be advantageous.
2. Good to have backend systems testing and Database testing knowledge.
