Job Title: Territory Account Executive

Job Summary

The Territory Account Executive is responsible for driving sales, developing & building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence within an assigned geographic area. This role requires a proactive sales approach, strategic planning, and the ability to identify and capitalize on existing or new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Development:
    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with Business Development Manager (BDM) to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  3. Present and promote company products or services to potential customers through on-site or online meetings, presentations, seminars/workshops, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  5. Understand customer needs, challenges, and market trends to provide tailored solutions.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  7. Market & Competitor Analysis:
    Be constantly alert to identify new business opportunities, threats, and industry trends.
  8. Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  9. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  10. Track & monitor leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  11. Collaboration & Teamwork:
    Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, customer service, technical, and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  12. Participate in sales meetings, training, and networking events to enhance industry knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any Engineering field.
  2. 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an added advantage.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & presentation.
  7. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Location: Sungai Tiram, Bayan Lepas, Penang

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (working hour is flexible for salespersons)

Basic Salary: RM2,500 – 3,500 per month (depends on work experience and/or field of study)

Monthly Car Allowance: RM600.00 per month

Sales Commission, Yearly Performance Bonus

Petrol, Toll, Parking Fully Claimable for Work-related activities
