Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients who require logistics services through market research and cold calling.
  2. Sales Pitches: Present and promote the company’s logistics services (e.g., shipping, transportation, warehousing) to potential clients over the phone.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer support and follow-up.
  4. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
  5. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client requirements.
  6. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  7. Customer Retention & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional logistics services to existing clients to enhance revenue.
