Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, concerns, or issues promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, Child Psychology or any related field.
• At least 1 year of telesales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
• Walking distance from LRT Universiti.
