Telesales Agent is accountable for helping our organisation generate sales. Managing sales deals over the phone and building positive customer relationships will be your primary responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products.
Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packages
Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessary
Receive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interested
Uphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequate
Build an instant rapport through effective communication
Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.
Requirements
Min SPM holder; Diploma etc
Able to converse/speak in, English or multi-language and experience in phone sales will be an advantage
Experiences with telesales or customer service experiences in automotive or insurance will be a plus point
Able to cope with Sales Rejection
Be driven by commission
Willing to work in KL Eco City (Walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum).
