Job Responsibilities:

1. Answering incoming calls and providing information to patients and callers.
2. Directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
3. Maintaining accurate records of calls and messages.
4. Assisting with patient inquiries and appointments.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a customer service or telephone operator role preferred.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
