Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telephone Operator located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Telephone Operator will be responsible for maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and providing top-notch customer support. Daily tasks include handling incoming calls, directing calls to relevant departments, and addressing customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Switchboard operation skills
• Strong Customer Support and Communication skills
• Experience Operator is beneficial
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant training or certification is a plus
• Multilingual is a plus
• Malaysian Citizen
