Job Description:
Manage and coach a telemarketing team to generate sales-qualified leads through business sales calls to prospect customers.
Recruit, train, lead, and supervise telemarketers, providing coaching to improve performance and achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies aligned with overall sales objectives.
Ensure the team proactively builds prospect lists, qualifies leads, and secures sales appointments.
Maintain effective collaboration and communication with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and secure sales appointments.
Oversee CRM usage, ensuring accurate updates and data management.
Conduct performance reviews, implement improvement plans, and foster a motivated team environment.
Prepare reports on telemarketing activities, lead quality, and conversion rates.
What We're Seeking:
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
At least 1-2 years of management experience in the telemarketing/outbound call/B2B environment and able to manage 10 telemarketing executives.
Experience managing at least 3-10 telemarketing executives.
Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and motivating teammates to meet goals and metrics.
Strong proven leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
A good team player who is independent, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Candidates with prior experience in a marketing agency will have an added advantage.
Knowledge and background in digital marketing is a strong plus.
Experience in Microsoft Excel reporting functions such as pivot tables.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
