Job description

Job Description:

  1. Manage staff attendance and leave records
  2. Liaise with HR department
  3. Coordinate onboarding process for new hires with HR and user access team
  4. Handle claims and address internal office infrastructure issues with infra department
  5. Monitor call recordings and provide management with insights
  6. Organize and tidy up reports
  7. Work closely with the management team and ensure discretion due to the privacy-sensitive nature of the role.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in any related field
  2. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
