Market personal line products to existing banking customers through outbound efforts and provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries.

Working location: Raffles Place, SG
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Interview mode: F2F (1 round) in KL, 10 Jan (8.30am-12pm)

Job description:

1. Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
2. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
3. Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
4. Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
5. Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
6. Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;

Requirements:

1. Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred;
2. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills;
3. Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions;
4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
5. Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections;
