Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketer at ZÉRA Mom. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, customer service, sales, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills. While the role is primarily located in Greater Kuala Lumpur, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling
• Sales skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Prior experience in telemarketing or related field
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
