What you'll be doing

• Actively make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products and services, and generate sales leads
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our telemarketing processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
• A driven and ambitious mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
