Telemarketer

• Cold call people using a given phone directory to promote our services
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
• Assist customers to check financial health
• Collect relevant documents from customers
• Promote the best offer to customers

Job requirements

- Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field

- Candidates who have experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service will be an advantage

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers

- Persistent and able to handle customer rejection

- Ability to work under a fast-paced environment and remain agile

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated to achieve KPI and earn more income
