Telecom Rigger - Johor

The Field Operation Technician (Rigger) is responsible for maintaining network elements and ensuring optimal network performance at a regional level.

Key Duties Include:

• On-call Support: Available 24/7 to manage faults and restore equipment functionality within set timelines.
• Rigger Activities: Perform rigging during network failures, preventive maintenance, and service delivery.
• Maintenance & Reporting: Handle routine preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and maintain accurate logs and timesheets.
• Customer Service: Address customer complaints and resolve issues within the assigned area.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, ensure secure work environments, manage site access, and adhere to company’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.
• Project Support: Assist in executing and implementing projects as per the scope and timeline.

The role requires a contract position with a salary range of MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,000/month and demands strong adherence to safety practices, network performance management, and team improvement.
