Tele Collector

We are a growing financial services company specializing in providing tele-collection services for finance companies.

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele-Collectors to join our dynamic call center team. The role involves contacting customers on behalf of finance companies to remind them of overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service.
3. Negotiate and arrange payment plans with customers.
4. Record call outcomes and update payment status accurately in the system.
5. Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines in debt collection practices.
6. Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

1. Age: 18 years old and above, with minimum SPM requirement.
2. Previous experience in tele-collection, debt recovery, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
5. Familiarity with call center software.
6. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
7. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.

Location: Mid Valley

Working Hours: 9am-6pm, Shift-based weekly one day off
