Technology Content Writer

A leading telecoms client in Singapore is seeking aB2B Technology Content Writer (Full-time, Remote)to create accurate, insightful, and highly effective technology content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and understand the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in SD-WAN, Networking, and Cybersecurity.
• Create B2B networking and cybersecurity content in the form of articles, blogs, infographic copy, explainer video scripts, and LinkedIn posts.
• Write clear and concise content that effectively communicates complex networking and cybersecurity concepts to a non-technical audience while providing value to industry professionals.
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and up-to-date, with proper citations and references where necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry news, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct SEO keyword research and digital trends analysis to propose monthly content topics.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze content trends.

• Previous experience writing B2B technology content with an established agency, an in-house team, freelance, or a similar role.
• An understanding of networking and cybersecurity technologies, protocols, architectures, and use cases, and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand content.
• A portfolio of published B2B technology content, preferably with a focus on networking and cybersecurity that demonstrates your writing skills and expertise.
• Proficiency with SEO keyword research and up-to-date with digital trends.
