Your Role
We are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team in various capacities, including Data Engineer, Solution Architect, and Project Manager. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that align with business needs and technology strategies. Depending on your expertise, you will focus on solution architecture, data engineering, or project management within our data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions that meet business requirements.
2. Drive solution architecture design, evaluation, selection, and buy vs. build decisions.
3. Develop and manage cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and oversee data engineering pipelines.
4. Lead teams in implementing data solutions, ensuring best practices in data governance, quality, and security.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders (business analysts, data scientists, engineers) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
6. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
7. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Skills & Attributes for Success

1. Strong experience in cloud architecture and data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
2. Hands-on expertise in data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and real-time data processing.
3. Strong data modeling and architecture knowledge, including data warehousing and data lakes.
4. Proficiency in tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, Denodo, or similar technologies.
5. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Project Management.
3. Experience in leading data transformation projects and working with large-scale enterprise data architectures.
4. Consulting experience is a plus.
