Job Summary
The role is seeking candidates in either SAP BTP Integration or Platform Technology track. The Consultant is responsible for delivering quality tasks and deliverables on time and within budget. As a member of the Adoption Service Center (ASC) HANA Platform Practice, the candidate will serve as an SAP Technology specialist focusing on SAP BTP Integration or Platform Technology track. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the SAP Service Deployment process to meet customer needs within the scope of the Statement of Work (SOW). Successful candidates with suitable experiences will have opportunities to undergo in-house development programs to be trained further and attain SAP certification in the relevant areas.

Qualifications and experience:

1. A minimum of either 3 years’ project experience in implementing SAP BTP Integration solution or 5 years’ project experience in SAP Platform Technology solution.
2. For candidates applying for BTP Integration track, experience in at least 3 projects covering end to end from design phase to go-live phase in BTP Cloud Integration area. Experience in at least one or more Programming languages (e.g., Groovy, XSLT, Java, or ABAP) is mandatory. Candidates with a software engineering background will be a plus.
3. For candidates applying for Platform Technology track, experience in at least 5 projects involving S/4HANA upgrade, conversion, or platform migration is mandatory. Experience working on either SAP Private Cloud or Hyperscaler platform (either Azure, AWS, or GCP) is mandatory. Proven experience in any two of the following areas will be mandatory: SAP infrastructure security (SSO, IAS, etc.), SAP application security (design and build), SAP Data Migration tool (e.g., Migration Cockpit, SDI, etc.), SAP Fiori Application Activation, or SAP ABAP Programming.
4. Working experience with Multi-National Corporations, large regional businesses, or large System Integrators will be a plus.
5. Demonstrated ability to work within multi-domain teams and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Self-starter attitude and passionate about picking up new skills.
7. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and the local language of the base location.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or IT discipline. Candidates without a Degree but with equivalent experience will be considered too.
9. Ability to do short travel within SEA for assignments (Travel is subject to respective Government and SAP travel advisory).
