Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Provide support to Production Engineers for New Product Development
• Involve in Backend Project Management, site allocation and readiness
• Responsible in device set-up & manufacturing flows and package qualifications.
• Test hardware qualification
• Insert and test time reduction

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Diploma in Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering with 3-5 years of working experience in semiconductor industries.
• Knowledge and skills of basic electronics and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
