Technician, Quality Control

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine and non-routine sampling at specific locations
• Analyzing the composition of samples using the appropriate equipment
• Data entry and reporting results to the process engineer
• Notifying the person in charge if any equipment issues emerge during working hours
• Assisting the supervisor and process engineer with equipment troubleshooting, sample point maintenance, and calibration, among other tasks.
• Performing routine housekeeping in the lab
  
  
  

• Good writing and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Certificate or diploma in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques
• Understanding of product specifications and standards
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
