What you'll be doing:
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, as well as at the service centre.
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Consistently giving excellent service at the service centre.
- Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations.
- Building positive relationships with customers.
- Ensuring all stipulated guidelines and procedures are followed.
- Meeting established KPIs.
- Adhering to company policy, including but not limited to procedures, social compliance, and business integrity policy.
What we're looking for:
- Proven Field Service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Ability to work outstations (within Malaysia).
- Familiarity with systems and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
