Job Responsibilities

General maintenance of building facility and infrastructure according to KPIs;

Coordinate and supervise project, monitor contractor performance to ensure work is completed within schedule;

Replace and repair minor faults such as lighting, plumbing etc;

Dismantle and installation of furniture;

Oversee cleaning contractor performance to ensure facility is clean and well-kept;

Assist with maintenance of building security and immediate responds to building emergency;

Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.

Job Responsibilities: Equipment

• Responsible for Cell and SMT Line shift support;

• Assist Engineers in maintaining and improvement of equipments product assembly quality and yields;

• Assist Engineers in setting up and maintaining SMT and conveyors equipments which include documentation preparation, equipment performance and process monitoring and tracking;

• Responsible for SMT Operation product assembly processes sustaining which include manufacturing issues trouble shooting, product yields and quality reporting and maintaining equipment parameters for SMT machines and related accessories equipment's and hardware;

• Assist and execute planned equipment maintenance in accordance to respective preventive maintenance program requirement to engineers in equipment modification and upgrading of machines;

• Assist Engineers in New Product phase in activities and participating in engineering evaluation.

Job Responsibilities: Process

• Troubleshoot/debug and repair customer return Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) including RMA boards and Evaluation boards;

• Handle the day-to-day RMA incoming and outgoing;

• Maintain daily productivity/workflow reports;

• Regular reports the status of the RMA to the supervisor;

• Schedule RMA according to priority, and makes sure that they are completed on time;

• Contribute to efficiency improvements by reporting findings during repairs that may be suspect issues;

• Work closely with internal department such as Production, Quality and Engineering as required;

• Keep track of RMA equipment, and ensures that they are maintained properly;

• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.
