Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Execute the maintenance works as per maintenance plan as well as to supervise the maintenance works so as to achieve the specified maintenance standards, best practices and quality and to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Analyze technical reports, identify trends for the facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommend continuous improvement actions.
• Analyze cost implications of the operations, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Execute the O&M works and manage the contract to ensure high standards of maintenance work in accordance with best practices.
• Compile data and information for calling tenders and quotations for engineering works, prepare specifications for airport maintenance work, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data and Inventory Management at the airport.
• Knowledgeable in World Class Maintenance Concept.
• Keep abreast with the latest technology in the industry.
• Knowledgeable in Contract Management.
• Possess analytical skills in troubleshooting.

Skills

• Independence and willingness to work extra hours.
• Knowledge of the latest technology in World Class Maintenance Management and project management.
• Knowledge of contract management (i.e., construction, legal, and value engineering).

Relevant Industries

• Fresh graduates with Diploma in Engineering/Technical or SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM (level II).
• Preferably 1 year of related working experience.

Education

• Diploma or Certificate (SKM/Polytechnic/IKBN/ABM) in Engineering/Technical or related fields.
