Technician – Electrical and Building

Main Duties/Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for building maintenance tasks in the campus, especially in the electrical area.
2. Responsible for installing, repairing, and conducting maintenance on equipment related to electrical units and other systems.
3. To ensure all items are in good condition before classes start, especially in lecture halls.
4. Able to provide updates and summaries after maintenance jobs within the college.
5. Handle and complete any urgent duties as instructed by Management.
6. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.

Qualifications/Skills Required

1. The candidate must be familiar with electrical maintenance and preferably hold an AO chargeman certification.
2. Minimum of 2 years working experience in building maintenance.
3. Able to climb and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
4. Able to work on weekends.
