To execute maintenance works including troubleshooting, minor repairing, preventive maintenance, test run and servicing of plant machineries, equipment, and facilities.
To work towards zero breakdowns by effectively carrying out the Preventive Maintenance Program.
To make routine checks on machines and equipment to ensure they are working in good condition.
To troubleshoot and recommend a solution to electrical or electronics problems and if necessary, repair the fault.
To plan for necessary spare parts for critical items and to maintain the spare parts inventory.
To carry out plant improvement projects, repairs, maintenance, and fabrication work as part of continuous improvement activities with safety as a priority.
Job Requirements:
Possesses Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic field or any equivalent vocational or technical institution (Chargeman pw2/pw4).
Appropriate electrical training or certified qualification in the electrical field is an added advantage.
Able to work during weekends, Public Holidays, and extended working hours as needed.
Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting role on electrical components in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to implement an effective Preventive Maintenance Program and provide basic electrical-related training to Production employees.
Knowledge and experience in planning and controlling spare parts inventory.
Basic knowledge of wiring, testing, connecting, and commissioning control panel from a schematic drawing.
Familiar with HVAC, air-compressor, boiler, and purified water is an added advantage.
Experience in a pharma company is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical software is an added advantage.
