Technician (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Install electrical systems, wiring, and control systems for motors, lighting, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and machinery.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

• Possess a Certificate / Diploma / Chargeman certificate (AO / A1) or 1 - 2 years' working experience in Electrical.
• Willing to attend breakdowns on a call basis, public holidays, and work in shifts.
• Technical skills include electrical knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, AC & DC motors, and the ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge in computer software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment, electrical control systems, single line and 3-phase drawings, and schematics.
