Job Description

We are a professional Drinks Equipment supplier, now looking for a person who has a passion for the Technician field. If you have related experience in this field, give yourself a chance; we CONNECT Together!

Location: Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday 8.30 to 4.30pm)
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm

Characteristic Requirements:

1. Open for male candidates with at least 1-year experience related to F&B Technician Field.
2. Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Electrical major and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Must have a car driving license.
4. Must have a leadership attitude and can solve troubleshooting personally.
5. Basic plumbing knowledge for connecting water piping is required.
6. Basic experience in Electrical Maintenance machinery is necessary.
7. Must be able to work independently.
8. Familiarity with using a multi-meter is required.
9. Basic understanding of electronic parts is necessary.
10. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
11. Responsibilities include multi-tasking and independent work.
12. Friendly demeanor with customers is expected.
13. Must be in good health and not frequently take sick leave.
14. Must have their own transport.
15. Able to work overtime, including on-call jobs.

Job Scope:

1. Install machines with incoming water piping.
2. Willing to travel to customer outlets for machine installation and stock delivery.
3. Plan travel schedules for installation and maintenance.
4. Responsible for repairing and troubleshooting machines.
5. Provide onsite service and maintenance.
6. Willingness to study machine manuals and discover features of new model machines.
7. Good communication skills to deliver technical knowledge to customers.
8. Daily facility maintenance of our own machines and building.
