• Must have minimum of 2 years relevant experience in repair building defect and check of building and M&E services in property management field.
• Possess at least certificate or diploma in Technical certificate / diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent.
• Experience with minor repairing of plumbing and electrical services.
• Able to work by using the hardware tools and equipment.
• Detail-oriented and good in problem solving.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, proactive and positive working attitude.

• Able to perform building defect repair, regular checking on building electrical and mechanical systems.
• Able to detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Able to perform minor repair on plumbing & electrical services.
• Skilled and hardworking, good physical stamina and strong technical knowledge.
