To solve technical issues and perform troubleshooting on-site or in-house.
To attend service calls on-site.
To prepare the service report on the defective parts of the products.
To perform RMA service and troubleshoot customer defective units in-house.
To coordinate with the sales team on product specifications/technical related issues.
To plan and prepare for FAT and follow up accordingly on customer requests thereafter.
To assist and work as a team with others to handle projects, customization, or resolve product issues.
To liaise with superiors on daily routines.
And any other duties exigent to the company's services.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Knowledge on UPS is an added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Well-versed in other languages is an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, willing to travel within Klang Valley, and travel outstation.
Preferably candidate with ST Certificate (PW Certificate). Certificate allowance will be provided for ST Certificate holders.
