Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment/systems.
• Maintain the machines and equipment in good order to support production processes according to the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Routinely check on machinery for signs of fault to prevent or minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Initiate improvements on the functionality of machines and equipment to increase efficiency.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities assigned by the Manager & Supervisor from time to time.
• Respond to emergency calls for production machine and manufacturing plant issues, ensuring problems are rectified promptly.
• Keep the workplace environment clean and safe (5S).

Skills:

• Ability to work in hot temperatures and shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Preferably a Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
• Strong technical knowledge about machinery.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-focused with the ability to relate well with other disciplines in a dynamic workplace environment.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
