TECHNICIAN

Flexmodus Sdn Bhd is a full turnkey contract manufacturer since 2007. Our facilities are located in Selangor and Melaka. We provide solutions from Cable Harness to Electro-Mechanical module assembly, Panel & Box build assembly, and System Integration.

Our strong support business partner from PCBA, sheet metal, and precision engineering completes our solution as a preferable and reliable contract manufacturer. Our Supply-Chain-Management (SCM) team extends services to Inventory Management, KANBAN, Full Kitting, and Consignment Services for all our customers. Our business models focus on HI Mix – Low to Medium volume orders.

Responsibilities:

• Perform related tasks assigned by the production manager on the assembly process.
• Commit to IPC training transfer from Engineers.
• Be dependable and able to learn quickly.
• Perform assembly, setup, and installation according to specifications/drawings.
• Ensure quality concepts are followed at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement of the assembly process.
• Perform 5S activities.
