Technician

The incumbent has the following key responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from M&E Manager, Supervisor, Chargeman, Building Manager, or Building Executive.
• Provide M&E services.
• Ensure M&E systems are regularly serviced according to the maintenance schedule.
• Supervise and monitor renovation projects.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs successfully.
• Ensure compliance with House Rules by owners.
• Assist in implementing the Quality Management System and provide feedback on its effectiveness.
• Perform daily checks on various equipment and systems as per checklist.
• Submit daily maintenance checklists and reports to Maintenance Head, Building Executive, or Building Manager.
• Conduct weekly checks on specific areas such as fire pump rooms, washrooms, garden pipes, and riser rooms.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in building maintenance.
• Possess technical and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and knowledge of relevant laws (building codes, fire safety, and national standards).
• Good knowledge of information systems.
• Pays close attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
