Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technician role located in Bukit Mertajam. The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical support to end-users.

Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
• Software installation and configuration skills
• Technical support skills
• Knowledge of computer systems and networks
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Certification in IT related field is a plus
