Technician

Successful candidates will be offered a full-time permanent job under V.S. Industry Berhad.

Candidates will be assigned under Production/ Maintenance/ MES/ Injection/ Lab/ CMM/ Quality/ Test department that relates to education and working experience background.

1. Production Technician

1. Involve in structure analysis, rejected improvement.
2. Identify and resolve technical machine, tester problems and suggest/educate this continuous improvement.
3. Maintain jig and fixture condition and carry out all according to the instruction.
4. Analyze customer return samples.

2. Maintenance Technician

1. Attend machine breakdown & troubleshooting.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance of machines.
3. Repair equipment of moulding machines such as chiller, MTC, dehumidifier, hydraulic power pack, etc.
4. Conduct 5's activity at working place.
5. Support improvement project activities.

3. MES Technician

1. Install the required hardware such as computers to the production side.
2. Troubleshoot and repair faulty hardware including computers, monitors, scanners.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
4. Attend and resolve MES (Manufacturing Execution System) related issues and problems.
5. Ensure all the store hardware is kept in good condition.

4. Injection Technician

1. Ensure production information is communicated consistently & effectively throughout the whole injection department.
2. Carry out experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality (through jig & fixture capabilities).
3. Jointly review customer specifications with Project team members, especially in product testing and tool trial stage.
4. Follow up with Project team for latest information jig & fixture required during sample testing or mold transfer.
5. Proper planning & time scheduling on jigs & fixture verification, especially for dimension purposes.

5. Lab Technician

1. Conduct daily chemical concentration checking to ensure all chemicals used in etching production are at desired concentration.
2. Conduct wastewater sampling chemical tests.
3. Conduct daily monitoring of pH, conductivity, and temperature for deionized (DI) water at stripping lines.
4. Assist engineers in conducting experiments for further improvement on etching production and wastewater treatment plant.
5. Assist in preparation of chemical reagents.

6. CMM Technician

1. Carry out programming for CMM / Smart scope, 1st Piece and 4 hourly.
2. Prepare report and keep the report after measurement and ensure all the measurements are accurate.
3. Conduct full part measurement for ISIR submission.
4. Ensure measuring equipment is maintained well.
5. Report to engineer if there are any problems.

7. Quality Technician

1. Measure raw parts & identify those parts with drawings.
2. Monitor & analyze ultrasonic parts daily.
3. Responsible for all requirement test specifications & ensure compliance with customer requirements.
4. Work with engineers & make recommendations for improvement, participate in test runs & meet all requirements.
5. Update daily data.

8. Test Technician

1. Maintain main line tester & reduce downtime.
2. Support line setup and model change.
3. Conduct 5's for all testers.
4. Monitor yield and tester performance.
5. Control spare part limits & provide feedback to engineers.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/SKM in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Polymer) or any related field.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
3. Applicants must be willing to work on a rolling shift pattern and in SENAI.
