Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician located in Kuala Lumpur. The Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment. Responsibilities include routine inspections, repair and upkeep of electrical and mechanical systems, and responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical systems, mechanical systems, and general maintenance
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and conducting routine inspections
• Ability to repair and upkeep various equipment and facilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and to respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Relevant certifications or technical training are a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality or serviced residence industry is beneficial
