Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Take care of the daily job routine of maintenance work of the die cage ASRS automation, satellite warehouse conveyor work, warehouse freezer maintenance work, and other maintenance works related.
2. Perform PM related activities of die cage ASRS automation and warehouse/general store maintenance work.
3. Work with vendors to be trained on the maintenance of the ASRS, conveyor, and others.
4. Create maintenance checklist for all the machines related to die cage ASRS, satellite warehouse conveyor, warehouse, and others.
5. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on wafer sorter.
6. Create and maintain MMS.
7. Perform ESD measurement for machines and tools.
8. Support wafer sorter recipe management.
9. Perform and maintain OEE, machine UPH, MTAB/MTBF.
10. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery, identify problems, carry out necessary repairs, and prepare a service report.
11. Collaborate with the process & manufacturing team to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in the relevant engineering fields.
2. At least 1 - 2 years of working experience.
