Technician

• Control condition in operation parameter well in line with work instructions;
• Performs equipment preparation, set-up & adjustment. Operates lines and monitors/records operational parameters & initiates corrective action;
• Performs change-over, cleaning in place control;
• Participates in the conduct of trials of new products, equipment and processes;
• Ensures all cleaning, lubrication, inspection & adjustment of all equipment under his/her responsibility;
• Conducts constant condition monitoring checks on line/equipment operation and makes necessary interventions to prevent failures in coordination;
• Ensures compliance to personal safety & GMP requirements.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Science or Food Science;
• At least 2-3 years in production operation, preferably in dairy processing;
• Experience in SCADA operated process environment;
• Teamwork, positive mindset, alertness, and good discipline.
