What you'll be doing:

• Conducting service and repair of technical equipment for Dyson, Bruno, and Jura products.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner with detailed reports.
• Controlling and using inventory with System PRONTO (ERP & CRM software).
• Communicating with customers when required as part of service requirements.
• Adhering to company policy including, but not limited to, procedures, social compliance, and business integrity policy.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field.
• Previous experience as a Technician or in a similar role: troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts when required and to adapt to changing work schedules.
