Technical Writer (Telecommunication Industry) - Open for Fresh Graduates

Company Overview:

We are representing our client; a services company that specializes in Transactional Data Intelligence for business monetization and business operation to recruit for a Technical Writer to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review and update technical documentation, including user manuals and training documents.
2. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
3. Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences, including non-technical users.
4. Maintain a consistent style and tone across all documentation.
5. Work with graphic designers to incorporate visuals into documentation as needed.
6. Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and style guidelines.
7. Continuously improve documentation processes and tools.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the telecommunication industry or related field.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to understand and document complex technical information.
6. Able to translate, review, and update documents written in Chinese.
7. Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, etc.
8. Basic understanding of software development and engineering concepts is a plus.
9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Details:

1. 1 year contract (Renewable).
2. Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm).
3. Working location: Shah Alam.
