Discovering The Role
Convergint is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented technical support (presales) to join our Southeast Asia team. The position is responsible for presales support to our sales team, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation, system design, and system solutions for all sales/SAM for SEA projects.
- Pre-sales activities support including site survey, client meetings, technical presentations, system demos, etc.
- Ensure all the system configurations and quotes are accurate for the SEA region.
- Provide technical training for the SEA sales team and technical team.
- Provide after-sales technical support (project/CS) if any PM/engineer needs help.
- Provide T&C support for SEA projects.
- Ensure the quality of Convergint services follows company standards and policies strictly, delivering prompt and efficient responses to all service requests within the assigned region.
- Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.
- Attend internal training and improve skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years or above related working experience in security, electronic, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database.
- Familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is an advantage.
- Candidates with a technical presales background will have an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Client service-oriented and quick learner.
