Job Scope
Provide technical support and solutions by guiding customers step-by-step via phone, email, or on-site assistance.
Handle warranty claims by coordinating repairs, replacements, and warranty documentation.
Serve as the initial point of contact for all technical-related concerns from clients or other employees.
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot newly launched products or systems to ensure proper functionality.
Provide training to clients or internal staff on system usage and maintenance.
Collaborate with various department team members to address defects and improvements.
Available to provide on-site support for customers.
Requirements
In-depth understanding of security system products and willingness to learn. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related computer field OR significant experience in networking.
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to learn new things.
Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to delivering top-notch technical support.
