Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, problem solving, technical analysis, field & laboratory calibration, installation, commissioning etc. in the area of Atomic Force Microscope, Nano Indenter, Industrial Microscope, De-capsulation System, Contact Angle System and Wafer Measurement System.
• Maintain close working relationships with key customers.
• Oversee and manage project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials/Biomedical Engineering or any Science Discipline (Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical etc.).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role, working with relevant technologies.
• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or any Science Discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience will be considered.
• Position level offered will be based on total years of experience, knowledge & qualification.
• Experience in Atomic Force Microscope, Nano Indenter, Industrial Microscope, De-capsulation System, Contact Angle System and Wafer Measurement System is an added advantage.
• Experience in the Semiconductor & Electronics field is also an added advantage.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively locally.
• Possess a strong analytical mind and desire for success.
• Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and leadership skills are essential qualities.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
