Provide technical support, field service repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning etc. in the area of Life Science Microscope and Histology & Cytology Equipment.
To maintain close working relationship with our key customers.
Compilation and management of all customer/prospect, service & repair activities database.
To oversee and manage project execution and delivery.
Responsible for achieving the monthly service target assigned by the company.
Involve in preparing the quotation, service contract, and training material for the customers.
Complete and submit field service reports.
Attend technical trainings for skill competency.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Candidate must possess minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical support role, working with relevant technologies.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Position level offered will be based on total years of experience, knowledge & qualification.
Experience in handling automated equipment is an added advantage.
Experience in troubleshooting computer systems is an added advantage.
Must possess a valid driving licence.
Must possess own transport.
Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya and travel all over Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak.
