Technical Support Engineer

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues
3. Provide step-by-step guidance to help users resolve technical problems
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or subject matter experts
5. Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
6. Continuously expand your technical knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
7. Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge base articles

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
2. Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users
5. Proficient in operating systems, networking, and common business software
6. Strong attention to detail, such as ensuring accurate network configurations, maintaining precise documentation, and conducting thorough testing of IT systems
7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
8. Motivated to continuously learn and expand your technical expertise
9. A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
