The job of a Technical Specialist is to help customers maintain and repair the scientific instruments purchased from our company and to solve technical problems faced by the customers with the instruments. Previous working experience is not a prerequisite as comprehensive training and guidance will be provided, including overseas training at our suppliers’ facilities. A Chemistry graduate who enjoyed working with analytical instruments will find the job of Technical Specialist very fulfilling and rewarding.

What Awaits You:

As a Technical Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success with their scientific instruments. Your journey will encompass:

• To install, test, and commission new instruments at customer’s laboratory
• Conduct operator hands-on training
• Perform preventive maintenance on existing instruments
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with instruments
• Assist the sales team to demonstrate the operation of instruments to potential customers
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on instruments purchased from our company
• Prepare technical service reports and maintain comprehensive service records
• Care and maintain tools, equipment, and assets in the company

Our Requirements:

• Science graduate preferably majoring in Chemistry.
• Experience in operating laboratory instruments is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Passionate about technical knowledge and enjoy problem-solving.
• Proficiency with hands-on work and fixing things.
• Proficiency with computer applications using Windows-based software.
• Responsible & independent and able to work as a team.
• Eager to learn and willing to work hard to solve technical problems.
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia and have good communication skills.
• Must possess own car and valid driving license.
