Maintains a safe working environment at the assigned area by ensuring compliance with equipment/machine safety guidelines and reinforcing safety standard operating procedures in the production area;
Ensures that safety, GMP and hygiene are observed in his/her area;
Provide deeper analysis and report on ORS on the Safety Observations at his/her area;
Lead the LMRA before executing both routine and non-routine activities;
Follow ups the closure of the safety observations in his/her area;
Suggests improvements in safety and ergonomics in his/her area.
2. Quality
Employ corrective and preventive actions on machines in case of deviation as documented in the Quality Plan;
Perform RCA for every deviation occurrence according to the RCA Triggering Matrix;
Partner with Quality on line release activities.
3. Service / Volume – Core Job
Perform SAP transactions for breakdown, corrective and preventive maintenance;
Perform machine and environment cleaning based on Hygiene standards after every Maintenance;
Perform troubleshooting of the equipment in the case of a breakdown;
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior;
Basic troubleshooting/ First line maintenance;
Perform routine check-ups of all running machines (e.g. belts, bolts, leaks, etc);
Perform breakdown maintenance of production equipment and its auxiliary components including CIP line;
Perform assigned maintenance checklist and performance physical preventive maintenance during plant shutdowns.
4. Process confirmation & continuous improvement
Ensure the standard way of working and provide analyses of current (work) processes, evaluate bottlenecks and advise regarding improvements, and ensure implementation after approval;
Pro-actively do machine inspections and find abnormalities and escalate;
Continuously look for improvement initiatives to optimize and standardize production processes;
Create an environment of continuous improvement by emphasizing the importance of improvement and by facilitating the team to identify opportunities;
Participate in CI projects, propose and implement on the machines;
Participate in RCA meetings and conduct 1st line RCA during breakdown by collection of technical information.
Job Requirements:
Technical Diploma in electrical/mechanical/automation with 4-6 years of relevant working experience;
SPM leavers with >10 years of experience in the food industry or factory set-up;
Experience of handling aseptic fillers and packing machine (Tetrapak, SIG and Meurer);
